Orlowski Double Podium – DEX210v2 & DETC410

Young Polish Team Durango racing star Michal Orlowski has recently completed another double podium finish at the hotly contested Mibosport Cup. Michal raced in both 2WD Buggy and Modified Touring Car classes, and showed his racing versatility by taking the overall TQ place in 2WD Buggy. Michal then added second on the podium with the soon to be released DEX210v2, taking the upcoming Team Durango release straight to the winner’s circle.

A switch to 1/10 Modified Touring Car saw Michal piloting the recently launched DETC410 against strong competition. An exciting battle commenced, with Michal showing fast lap pace with his DETC410. A second place finish was well deserved as the meeting concluded, with Michal experiencing several big collisions during the ‘A’ main finals due to race traffic from his slower competitors.

Michal was happy to return from the fifth round of this fast-paced racing series with another double podium finish for Team Durango. Podium placings in two very different racing classes during one race meeting is a great achievement for the young rising European star.

We send our congratulations to Michal for a solid performance.

Novotny – Double Win, Double TQ

We are delighted to share news of  yet another great result from our Czech Republic Pro team start Kaja Novotny. Kaja recently returned from the sixth round of the Lestr Cup with two first place finishes and two TQ honours, during a fast paced meeting of the fastest talent in his region.

Kaja piloted his DEX210 Buggy to a convincing first place, and was fast enough to defend his position against the attacks of Jiri Mara to be crowned overall TQ in 2WD.

Kaja then fixed his focus on the Short Course class with his DESC410R, sending his rivals back to the pit area after qualifying with them in no doubt that Kaja was determined to take his winning ways to another double podium. Kaja concluded his Short Course efforts with the win and overall TQ.

Two classes, two TQs, two overall firsts. Job Done for Team Durango.

We send our congratulations to Kaja and his father Karel for another high-quality performance.

DEX410v4 – EOS Action Video

With Team Durango Pro team star Jörn Neumann recently taking a fast paced TQ and overall win at the second round of the EOS, we thought it would be a great time to reflect on his performance with the DEX410v4.

Jörn is already globally recognised for being hyper-fast in all classes he races. His recent EFRA European Championship title in 2WD was another great example of how Jörn is capable of taking on prestige fields of racers, and winning. A man who is never satisfied with winning in just one racing class,  Jörn recently returned from the ever-popular EOS race in Berlin with top honours in 4WD, setting ballistic fast pace with his brand new DEX410v4.

You can watch him pull away from the chasing pack of racers here now:

The DEX410v4 benefits from a host of brand new race-winning refinements, all tested and approved by Jörn during our extensive testing programme.

Our new Two-Way Slipper Clutch assembly allows for independent wheel slip from front to rear. This provides increased balance on low grip tracks and avoids difficult traction issues when landing on two wheels after jumps.

The DEX410v4 is packed with all the original world-class racing features that have made the DEX410 4WD platform so popular over the last five years, including our easy-access front and rear diff units. Fast and trouble-free diff servicing is provided by our unique ‘clam shell’ diff case design.

You can follow Jörn Neumann straight to the winners podium now by trusting the precision engineered DEX410v4 to make your laps faster every time you hit the track.

You can learn how the DEX410v4 shares the race-winning philosophy of Team Durango and Jörn Neumann here now:

We send our thanks to all our Pro team racers and the dedicated team over at REDRC for all their hard work with the EOS events.
