DETC410 Takes TQ and Second Overall

Team Durango Germany have hit the track recently with their newly built DETC410 kits, and they are straight into winning form.

The HPI Challenge in Rheda Wiedenbrueck was to be the location for an impressive two-man ‘A’ main finish. This included a very pleasing overall TQ and second place finish for Team Durango Touring Car star Michael Spiering.

Spiering was backed up in the ‘A’ main finals by his team mate Torsten Keßel, who finished eighth overall, against some very fast competition.

The DETC410 has already proven itself as a car that is capable of winning, at all levels, straight from the kit box. The German TC team are very happy to begin their DETC410 journey with such a great first performance.

Congratulations go to Michael and Torsten.

Novotny Double – DEX410v4 & DEX408v2

Double Victory, Double TQ

Team Durango Czech Pro Racer Kaja Novotny has taken another double class victory with Team Durango.

Kaja took part in the first round of the KS Challenge, hosted near Radotin. The home club catered for 4WD Buggy and 1/8 4WD Electric Buggy, all on one track surface! His DEX410v4 and DEX408v2 flew to overall TQ places and first place.

With a field of the region’s fastest drivers to challenge Kaja, he once again showed a high level of composure under pressure, as he managed to win five of the six legs of finals across both race classes.

Kaja was keen to comment that his DEX410v4 made easy work of the large jumps and fast flowing track layout, with many drivers commenting that is was more suited to 1/8 scale vehicles.

We send our sincere thanks and congratulations to Kaja for another strong performance.

Novotny Takes Team Durango Double Win

DEX410v4 & DEX408v2 Beat Bad Conditions

Czech Team Durango racing star Kaja Novotny has recently returned from the first round of the Off-Road Party Series in Kolin with two TQ finishes and a double first place.

Kaja raced against a field of experienced off-road drivers to storm to fastest qualifier with his DEX410v4 and DEX408v2 in the 4WD Electric and 1/8 Electric classes respectively. Terrible weather conditions caused difficult track conditions as rain storms dumped huge amounts of water on the carefully prepared Czech race venue.

The Team Durango driver was prepared for the conditions and he was extremely happy to take TQ and first place in both classes.

We send our congratulations to Kaja for another fine performance. The DEX410v4 and DEX408v2 continue to prove themselves as the cars to beat, even in difficult wet and slippy conditions.
