We are very happy to announce that Pro team superstar Ryan Lutz is looking forward to another exciting year racing at the highest level of competition with Team Durango.

As Ryan closes his very successful 2013 campaign, which has included a IFMAR Worlds top ten finish, a podium top spot at the prestigious Neo Race, and a trophy collection that most racers would struggle to carry, Ryan is primed to continue with his winning ways for Team Durango in 2014.

Ryan has worked closely on the development of many Team Durango products since his signing to the team roster back in 2010, including the recently released DEX408v2 1/8 Eletric Buggy.

With many years of racing experience assisting Ryan in collecting 2013 ROAR National podium places, a strong collection of TQ finishes, and a host of multi-class podium spots across the world, we are very excited to watch Ryan in 2014, as he continues to put Team Durango products in the winners circle at a track near you.

World-class racer, great ambassador for our brand, and an inspiration to racers across the globe, watch out for Ryan Lutz and Team Durango next year.

Team Durango Victory – Multiple Wins, Multiple Classes

Novotny Takes 1/10 and 1/8 Wins

Young Team Durango off-road star Kaja Novotny has continued his 2013 domestic campaign with two separate prestigious victories in the Czech Republic.

Kaja recently attended the popular Mibosport Cup for the fifth round of this highly competitive series. Kaja battled a collection of the fastest Czech drivers in 2WD and 4WD 1/10 off-road buggy to finish with a TQ and overall win in 2WD with his DEX210. He then went on to add a solid first place across all qualifying rounds in 4WD, to also take the overall win with his DEX410v3.

Kaja is already building a formidable reputation for winning in multiple racing classes across Europe. He further added to this already well acknowledged achievements by securing an overall win at the third round of the Czech 1/8 Nationals in Most. Kaja piloted his DEX408 during a tough battle for supremacy that included difficulties with his buggy electrics.

Kaja was able to shake off the gremlins and push for a convincing win, taking his DEX408 straight to another Czech National Series victory.

Kaja Novotny continues to represent Team Durango in Europe with strong track performances in 1/10 and 1/8 off-road classes. We send our congratulations to Kaja and his father as they continue to show the European off-road racing scene that Team Durango is ‘Serious About Racing’.

The DEX408 Takes Second

Team Durango off-road racer Ryan Lutz has returned from last weekend’s 13th annual Neo Race in the UK with a second overall in the electric buggy class. Ryan piloted his DEX408 straight to the podium as he also competed with his DNX408v2 in the nitro buggy class.

Racing two classes during one high-profile event is never easy but Ryan is a true master of multiple-class off-road racing. Fresh from his podium positions at the recently contested ROAR Nationals, Ryan was keen to stamp his mark on the ever popular Neo Race winner’s roster.

We would like to send our congratulations to Ryan for his electric buggy podium position that saw him battle the very cream of 1/8 electric buggy drivers at the Harper Adams custom designed track.
